Warn, timeout, kick, ban, bulk delete messages and lock channels through slash commands. Warnings are stored per member, can expire after a set number of days, and can trigger an automatic timeout, kick or ban when a member reaches a set count.

AutoMod ActionCatches spam, words from your lists, blocked links, mass mentions, emoji and caps floods, and known scam images such as fake giveaway screenshots. You choose the action for each filter: delete, warn, timeout, kick or ban. Staff are never filtered.
Members open a ticket from a panel, pick a category and get a private channel with the right team. Staff can add people, move a ticket to another category or put it on hold, and quiet tickets close on their own. Every ticket leaves a transcript you can search on the dashboard.

Anyone can report a message by reacting with the warning emoji or using /report. Moderators get the message with the member's recent messages for context and can warn, time out, kick or ban straight from the report. Repeat reports about the same member are merged into one.

When Colbo bans someone it can DM them a link to appeal on colbo.xyz, since they can no longer reach your server. Each appeal arrives in a staff channel with Approve, Deny and Blacklist buttons, and Approve unbans them. The member hears the outcome by DM and on the appeal page, and after a denial they wait 30 days to try again.
Captcha Challenge
Enter CodeNew members press Verify and solve an image captcha before Colbo gives them your verified role. The image can use your server's logo and colours, there are four difficulty levels, and too many wrong answers lead to a timeout or a kick.
Summer Giveaway
Enter GiveawaySet a prize, a duration and how many winners, with an optional image. Entry can require a role, a minimum account age or time in the server. Colbo picks winners when the timer ends, or when you end it by hand, and can reroll or draw an extra winner. Run them from Discord or the dashboard.
Build messages, embeds and button menus visually with a live preview, and save them as reusable templates. Placeholders fill in the member, server or channel. Buttons can give roles, reply, send a DM, post to a channel, open another template, or run a module action.

Turn any saved message into a slash command of your own, like /rules or /faq. The reply can be public, visible only to the person who used it, or posted to a set channel, and a command can run a saved action instead.
Adamhow do i get the events role?
Auto-responders reply when a message matches your trigger: a word, a phrase, an exact message or a wildcard pattern. They can also react or delete the trigger. Scheduled messages post once or repeat daily, weekly or monthly in your server's timezone, and sticky messages stay at the bottom of a channel.

When a message collects enough reactions it is posted to your starboard channel, images included, so the best moments don't get buried. You pick the emoji, custom ones too, and how many it takes. The count updates as reactions come in, and self-stars don't count.
Post menus where members give themselves roles with buttons or dropdowns: languages, ping roles, pronouns, colours. Group roles into sections, allow one pick per section, cap how many roles a menu gives, require a role to use a menu, and edit everything from the dashboard.

Members set their birthday once, day and month only, and it carries to every server they share with Colbo. On the day, in their own timezone, Colbo posts your server's message and can give them a birthday role. Members can hide theirs in any server, and Upcoming lists who is next.

YouTube uploads and Shorts are announced automatically, and Twitch, Kick and TikTok streams when they go live, with announcement text you can edit. Staff can post any link as a card with /social post, and a Notify me button lets members toggle the ping role themselves.

Members join a hub channel and get a voice channel of their own. The owner can lock or hide it, invite people, keep trusted and blocked lists, and pick the region and audio quality. If the owner leaves, the room passes to whoever has been there longest, or someone can claim it. The room closes once it is empty.

Rules for each forum channel: a cooldown and a cap on posts per member, required tags, a minimum time in the server before posting, and a welcome message on new posts. When the poster writes a keyword like "sold", Colbo asks whether to close the thread. Quiet threads get a DM warning, then are archived. Presets cover marketplace and support forums.
Message DeletedServer events are sorted into thread groups so one channel doesn't drown in noise, or any event can go to a channel of its own. Deleted images are kept in the log. You pick which events to log, specific users or channels can be excluded, and the dashboard has a searchable activity log.
Follow messages, active people, joins, leaves, moderation actions, voice minutes and command use day by day over 7, 30 or 90 days, compared with the period before. See your busiest channels, or narrow the chart to one channel.
