• Server Management: Server owners/administrators are solely responsible for configuring Colbo appropriately and monitoring its actions in their servers.

• Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account used to access our dashboard.

4. Service Availability

• No Uptime Guarantee: Colbo is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance: We reserve the right to take Colbo offline at any time for updates, maintenance, bug fixes, or other improvements.
• Feature Changes: Features may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion without prior notice.
• Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue Colbo or any of its features at any time.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Colbo for:

• Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
• Spamming, flooding, or other disruptive behavior
• Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the bot's systems
• Circumventing Discord's rate limits or terms of service
• Any illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws

6. Data and Privacy

• Discord Data: Colbo may access Discord data as permitted by Discord's API and your server permissions.
• Authentication: Our web dashboard uses Discord OAuth authentication and stores JWT tokens locally in your browser.
• Logs and Transcripts: Server owners are responsible for managing any logs, transcripts, or data generated by Colbo.

7. Intellectual Property

• Colbo and its associated branding, code, and features are proprietary to us.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Colbo.
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: Colbo is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Damages: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Colbo.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use Colbo ceases immediately.
